We want you to be happy with AnchorPlanned. If it's not working for you, this page explains how refunds work for different subscription types.
Monthly Plans
- Full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
- After 7 days, we don't offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your paid period.
Annual Plans
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
- Between 14–30 days: prorated refund for unused months.
- After 30 days: no refund, but you can cancel and retain access for the remainder of your annual term.
Upgrades & Downgrades
- If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference immediately. No refund on the upgrade itself, but the standard refund window above applies to your original subscription start date.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Add-on Properties
- Refundable within 7 days of purchase. After that, you can remove the add-on and billing stops at the next cycle.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@anchorplanned.com with:
- Your AnchorPlanned account email
- A brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
We process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner, Paddle.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeated subscribe–refund cycles
- Bulk data exports followed by immediate cancellation
