2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is designed for professional use by SEO practitioners, agencies, and businesses.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and completing the registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@anchorplanned.com if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each account is for a single user unless your subscription plan explicitly includes team or multi-user access. You may not share your account credentials with others.
4. Google Search Console Integration
4.1 Authorization
The Service integrates with Google Search Console via Google OAuth 2.0. When you connect your Google Search Console account, you authorize AnchorPlanned to access your search performance data in read-only mode using the webmasters.readonly scope.
4.2 Your Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary permissions and authority to grant AnchorPlanned access to the Google Search Console properties you connect. If you manage Google Search Console on behalf of clients or third parties, you are responsible for obtaining their consent before connecting their properties to AnchorPlanned.
4.3 Google's Terms
Your use of Google Search Console data through AnchorPlanned is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. AnchorPlanned's use of Google data is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.4 Revoking Access
You may disconnect your Google Search Console account from AnchorPlanned at any time through the application settings or by revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns or that could overburden the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service

7.3 Generated Plans
Anchor text plans and outputs generated by the Service using your data are yours to use for your SEO campaigns. We do not claim ownership over the plans generated for you.
7.4 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
8.2 No SEO Guarantees
AnchorPlanned is a planning and analysis tool. We do not guarantee any specific SEO results, ranking improvements, or traffic increases. The anchor text plans, risk scores, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated algorithmically and are intended as guidance. You are solely responsible for your link building decisions and their outcomes.
8.3 Data Accuracy
While we strive to process Google Search Console data accurately, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of data displayed in the Service. Google Search Console data is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own limitations and processing delays.
8.4 AI-Generated Content
Portions of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate anchor text suggestions and recommendations. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, contextually appropriate, or optimal. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHORPLANNED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@anchorplanned.com or through the account settings in the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases where:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service or any part of it
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. We will delete your data in accordance with the data retention and deletion provisions in our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.
